In January 2006, FRANKSTAHL introduced an additional restamping service, which is oriented towards increasing customer demands.
This FRANKSTAHL service has been authorized by TÜV Austria. Depending on material thickness, restamping either takes place with a rubber stamp or needle imprinting technology. The main beneficiaries from this restamping service are customers producing pressurized plants that are subject to surveillance. These companies are subject to a mandatory obligation to provide a guarantee that all the components used must be traceable back to the production charge. The prerequisite for restamping is possession of an acceptance testing certificate 3.1.(B) according to EN 10204.
